At 2pm on Sunday 4th October at St Michael's Church, Headlam Street, Byker, local novelist Stephen Laws will talk about the hidden places and secret corners of Byker and the Ouseburn Valley that influenced his work.
Steve's novel SPECTRE is actually set in the Valley (and was subsequently published in America, Germany, France, Japan, Italy, Netherlands, Denmark and Poland - with letters coming in over the years making enquiries about whether the Ouseburn Valley really exists!)
